WHEN YOU VISIT US

An appointment usually lasts for approx. 30 minutes, depending on the nature of the condition. It is not necessary to be referred to us by your Doctor, although many patients are.

On your first visit we will ask you about your current problem and any relevant past medical history. This examination will usually require you to undress to your underwear (gowns are provided for female patients) enabling us to assess individual joint mobility and locate problem areas.

Having completed the examination, we can decide whether your problem can be treated by us. If it can, we will give you an indication of the amount of treatment and the costs involved. If we are not able to help you, we may ask you to visit your Doctor or suggest other treatment which may be helpful in solving your problem.
